A Life-changing experience

e3kids sends small mission teams to work with partnering schools near Mombasa, Kenya, creating change for vulnerable students and their communities affected by severe poverty and lack of access to clean water. Teams provide educational opportunities to teachers and students through classroom training and supplement with educational resources. In addition, all participants will experience the rich, local culture and see the incredible beauty of Kenya.

Teaching teams consist of current and retired teachers. These teams share proven classroom strategies and techniques. They will create lessons meaningful to the needs of the children at Consolata’s Education Center in Bangladlesh Slum. Teams also engage with local community churches that work to serve people in slums surrounding the schools, providing food, medical support, encouragement and hope.

The safety of our participants is our top-priority, and we interact with partners that ensure that safety is considered — including all transportation, food, activities, worship, excursions, and accommodations.

We welcome families and non-teaching teams throughout the year. Trips take place in February/March and June/July timeframes, depending on several implications including weather and local needs.
