Baby rescues in Guatemala

The baby rescue cost is $1200.  That includes transportation to and from the village to bring the mother and child in and provide medical treatment, nutrition, and medicine for a 3-4 week hospital stay.  When the family is ready to return home, they are given food bags, medicine, and free follow-up care.  Education on self and childcare is also given during the stay at the hospital.
